Abstract: this article is devoted to the effective use of public-private partnerships in improving the quality of educational services. The experience of developed countries shows that active innovation is determined by the leading role of the state in the field of scientific and technological development. The foreign experience of ensuring public-private partnerships in education has been studied. The analysis performed of the use of public-private partnerships to improve the quality of educational services. Based on the results of the author’s analysis, a mechanism of public-private partnership in the field of education is proposed.
