Abstract: after nearly 40 years of Doi Moi in Vietnam, the entrepreneurial team has made significant contributions to the process of industrialization and modernization. However, the development of this team in recent years has faced limitations and shortcomings in terms of quantity, quality, and structure. These drawbacks have weakened the team of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, reduced their contributions, and diminished the competitiveness and capability of Vietnamese enterprises, especially in the current context of international integration.
