Abstract: today we see the communities of the world are racing with each other in mastering the foreign languages. And it is certain that hyper attention is paid to the language which has international position and dominating role among others. So the prior focus is on learning English. Through the history it is known that many traditional methods of learning English emerged. However their usage and effectiveness are not dynamic. Therefore there was a necessity to implement new method of mastering the language skills. In this article the author talks about the recent method that is more beneficial than others and claims that this is the most effective method to obtain language skills.

Abstract: today the world speeded up to forward. Thanks to the use of information communication technologies we become aware of development in all spheres of life.
