Аннотация: в данной статье приводятся сведения об истории развития понимания фреймов, анализируется значение фрейма как обобщенной контекстуальной схемы, характерной для той или иной культуры. Указывается на связь фрейма как общей объяснительной метафоры с использованием условных ситуативных ключей, с помощью которых мы отличаем имитацию от реальности. Подчеркивается, что процесс продуктивного разрешения конфликта основан на конвергенции фреймов оппонентов. Отмечаются отличительные особенности и классификации конфликтных фреймов, излагаются методы рефрейминга как творческого переосмысливания конфликта.

Abstract: this article provides information on the history of the development of understanding frames, analyzes the meaning of the frame as a generalized contextual diagram characteristic of a particular culture. It is specified that as a common explanatory metaphor the frame is connected with the use of conditional situational keys, by which we distinguish imitation from reality. It is emphasized that the process of productive resolution of the conflict is based on the convergence of the frames of opponents. The distinctive features and classifications of conflict frames are specified, and the methods of reframing as a creative rethinking of the conflict are presented.
