Аннотация: цель исследования: создать единый регистр нефробиопсий Кыргызской Республики (РНКР). Установить взаимосвязь между морфологическими и клиническими проявлениями гломерулопатий.

Материалы и методы: В исследование включено 237 больных, которым было выполнено исследование образцов почечной ткани, полученной прижизненной чрезкожной биопсией с 2015 по 2018 гг. Всем пациентам проводился комплекс общеклинических, биохимических, иммунологических, инструментальных и морфологических исследований.

Заключение: Наиболее распространенными вариантами поражения клубочков у взрослых были мембранный гломерулонефрит (MGN) (36,7%) и нефропатия иммуноглобулина A(IgAN) (30,2%), тогда как у детей доминировали IgA нефропатия (IgAН) и болезнь минимальных изменений (БМИ), которая отмечена у 20,4% и 19,3%, соответственно.

Abstract: Purpose. This report describes data collected Kyrgyz Republic by the Registry of Renal Biopsies (KRRB) which includes renal biopsies 237 (RB) performed over a period of 3 years (2015-2018).
